Board Member Expectations
Time Commitment
Board members are expected to commit 5-10 hours per month to board activities, including meetings and committee work.
Term Length
Board members serve a 3-year term with the option to renew for an additional 3-year term.
Meeting Attendance
The board meets quarterly, with additional committee meetings as needed. At least 75% attendance is expected.
Selection Timeline
- Application Deadline: July 15, 2023
- Application Review: July 16-31, 2023
- Interviews: August 1-15, 2023
- Selection Notification: August 31, 2023
- Board Orientation: September 15, 2023
